Venice Beach Bicycles offers 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If for any reason the item purchased doesn’t meet your needs you have 30 days to return the item. Please note customers are responsible for paying return shipping. As shipping can be costly contact us if you have any questions regarding our products, we’re happy to answer all of your questions and help you determine if the product you’re interested in is the right match for you.

Please print out Return Merchandise Form, fill out thoroughly and include in box with item(s) being returned so we can process your return as quickly and efficient as possible. Please contact us for a  return form.

Return Merchandise Form needs to include Order ID or Order Number, Last Name, Item Being Return, and the Reason for the Return. When we receive the item, the customer will be credited the original cost of the item plus any tax paid. The original shipping cost for the order will not be refunded. Returns are also subject to additional fees. We will notify you via e-mail once we have received and processed the item to be returned

Customer is responsible for all costs associated with the return of the item including packaging and shipping cost. The customer can choose the shipping carrier to mail back their return. We are not liable for merchandise that does not reach our return department. Every return must include your Order ID or Order Number, Last Name, Item Being Return, Reason for the Return and pictures of the item. Please note pictures are very important because they may be used to file a claim in the event the shipping carrier mishandles the package. When we receive the items, the customer will be credited the original cost of the item plus any tax. The original shipping cost for the order will not be refunded. Returns are also subject to additional fees, please see below for more information.

BICYCLE RETURNS

For all bicycle returns the customer is responsible for all costs associated with the return of the bicycle, including packaging and shipping costs. All unopened bicycle returns that are sent back to us and received in mint condition will not be subject to any fees. For all opened bicycle return(s) that have been assembled and then disassembled and repacked, the customer is responsible for the return shipping plus any packaging materials that may be necessary to repack the bike. In addition, the returned bicycle(s) may be subject up to a 50%  fee if there was damage done to the bicycle due to negligent re-packing or shows wear and tear. If you’re uncertain of how to pack the bicycle please have a professional repack the bike to avoid any fees. Any unopened bicycle that is returned and is damaged may be subjected up to a 50% restocking fee. Customer will be credited the price they paid for the bicycle(s) minus any applied fees.

If the bicycles is being returned because it was mishandled during the shipping process and suffered some damage. Please contact FedEx and file a claim for reimbursement of shipping fees.
